We are based in Belgium and work with clients internationally.

We do not run advertising pixels, session recording, chat widgets, social embeds or newsletter tooling on this website today. If that changes, this policy and the Cookie Policy will be updated first and optional technologies stay blocked until you consent.
Who can see your data
Only the people at herants who need it. Enquiries arrive as email in our own mailbox. Beyond that, your data may be processed by the suppliers who run our website hosting and our email service. They act on our instructions and may not use your data for their own purposes. We do not use a CRM or marketing automation tool for website enquiries.
We do not sell personal data and we do not share it for advertising.
International transfers
Our website is served through providers that operate infrastructure in several regions, so data may be processed outside the European Economic Area. Where that happens, the transfer relies on the safeguards offered by that provider, such as European Commission standard contractual clauses.
The typeface used on this website is served from our own domain, so no font provider receives your IP address.
Your rights
You can ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict its use, or object to processing based on legitimate interest. Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time. Withdrawing consent does not affect what happened before.
